Yes. Missouri legalized recreational cannabis in 2022. Any adult 21 or older with a valid ID may purchase recreational cannabis at The Green with no medical card required.
Recreational customers may purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower, or its equivalent in other products, per transaction. Medical patients have higher limits — up to 6 ounces per 30-day rolling period.
No appointment needed. Walk-ins are welcome during all store hours. Online check-in and ordering will be available soon.

No. Missouri law does not currently permit on-site consumption at dispensaries. All products must be consumed in private, in a location where consumption is permitted.
